Homeowners who contact Yesam Remodeling should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, prices, work and customer service. If a remodeling project has gone wrong, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record of what was said.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Yesam Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Afterward, we will tell you what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with a contractor, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
